Women in Leadership Association is a student-run organization at Ted Rogers School of Management. It is comprised of MBA students from diverse professional and academic backgrounds coming together to embrace the goal of creating a purposeful impact in the field of women’s leadership.

Establish and foster meaningful relationships. Create events to connect the community of students. Generate opportunities for all students to connect with high-level professionals in the industry with a focus on women leaders to develop/promote further growth and success 

 

Elevate the perception of women empowerment by creating a space for all. Create confidence and belief in women in leadership through all industries. Elevate the female voice by giving them a platform.
